A valid driver’s licence, passport or national ID, and a credit card in the driver’s name. Additional documents may be required in some countries—we’ll let you know after you submit your booking.
Is the payment fully online?
Yes. The widget lets you pay securely by card and handles any refundable security holds. No bank transfers or card photos over chat.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Flexible changes are usually possible up to a certain cut-off before pickup. Exact terms depend on the car and dates and are shown during checkout.
What if my flight is delayed?
